419 Scam Example: "Amstel Consultants (Mr.Andrew Young, John Van Gelderen)"

"Amstel Consultants (Mr.Andrew Young, John Van Gelderen)" is a fake lottery scam run by a gang in the Netherlands. All phone numbers used in the scam are Dutch cellphones.

If you have received email responses from the criminals, especially money demands and payment instructions then please forward us a copy! Please also forward copies to the abuse department of the webmail service for the email address of the scammer (see FAQ).

and also the certificate of foreign status of beneficial owner 
issued by the Tax office on your behalf.

details on how you want to have your winnings paid and this 
would be concluded within 24 to 48 banking hours.

In view of the deadline given to us by the Nederlands Lottery 
board to complete the notarisation of all the winning documents,
